Wonder Trails ("the Service") is a digital novelty and storytelling product operated by McCarron Group (ABN 37 934 136 801) ("the Operator"). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are the parent or legal guardian of any minor whose details are used to generate content. The Service is strictly "Guardian-Operated." Minors are expressly prohibited from using the platform directly.
Wonder Trails is strictly a novelty storytelling tool. It is not a GPS, navigation, or safety device. Any physical maps, routes, or waypoints generated by the Service are fictionalised digital art based on AI interpretation.
The Service utilises third-party Artificial Intelligence tools to create bespoke text and images. By using the Service, you acknowledge that outputs are AI-generated, subject to occasional errors or "hallucinations," and you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service of our third-party AI providers.
The Operator maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against malicious prompt injection. If our systems detect activity involving CSAM, violence, or unlawful acts, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account, quarantine data, and report metadata to the appropriate global law enforcement agencies.
(a) Proprietary Layout & Template IP:The Operator retains all exclusive copyright, title, and intellectual property rights over the underlying software, branding, code, page layouts, graphic borders, template designs, and overall compiled structure of the Wonder Trails adventure packs ("the Proprietary Works").
(b) Commercial Resale Strictly Prohibited: Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the generated digital pack strictly for personal, non-commercial family use. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, uploading to commercial marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Etsy, eBay, or digital download stores), or incorporating the template design into commercial products.
(c) AI Components & Third-Party IP: Individual raw text stories and illustrations generated by third-party AI APIs within the pack are processed dynamically. You strictly warrant that any text, prompts, or custom names provided by you do not infringe upon third-party trademarks or brand names (e.g., corporate characters or commercial franchises).
(d) Indemnity & Takedown Cooperation: You assume sole legal liability for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from user-submitted prompts. In the event the Operator receives a formal trademark or copyright complaint regarding a user-requested prompt, we reserve the right to cooperate with rights holders, provide necessary transaction metadata to enforcement authorities, and immediately terminate access.
Because the Service generates a bespoke digital good utilising hard API costs, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. If a generated product fails to deliver due to a technical error, your sole remedy is to contact support for a replacement generation (Right to Cure). Forced bank chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR, ITS FOUNDERS, AND DIRECTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
