Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Guardian Operation

Wonder Trails ("the Service") is a digital novelty and storytelling product operated by McCarron Group (ABN 37 934 136 801) ("the Operator"). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are the parent or legal guardian of any minor whose details are used to generate content. The Service is strictly "Guardian-Operated." Minors are expressly prohibited from using the platform directly.

2. Novelty Classification & Assumption of Risk

Wonder Trails is strictly a novelty storytelling tool. IT IS NOT A GPS, NAVIGATION, OR SAFETY DEVICE. Any physical maps, routes, or waypoints generated by the Service are fictionalised digital art based on AI interpretation.

• You are solely responsible for verifying the safety and legality of any real-world location before walking or exploring it.
• You will not trespass on private property, enter dangerous areas, or ignore local laws while using a generated map.
• The Operator and its founders assume ZERO LIABILITY for any physical injury, property damage, loss of life, or legal infractions that occur while utilising or following a map generated by our Service. All physical exploration is undertaken at your own absolute risk.

3. AI Generation & Third-Party Providers

The Service utilises third-party Artificial Intelligence tools to create bespoke text and images. By using the Service, you acknowledge that outputs are AI-generated, subject to occasional errors or "hallucinations," and you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service of our third-party AI providers.

4. Malicious Behaviour & Law Enforcement Reporting

The Operator maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against malicious prompt injection. If our systems detect activity involving CSAM, violence, or unlawful acts, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account, quarantine data, and report metadata to the appropriate global law enforcement agencies.

5. Intellectual Property & Limited Licence

The Operator retains all intellectual property rights, copyright, and ownership over the generated maps, illustrations, and text. Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the generated digital asset strictly for personal, non-commercial family use.

6. Purchases and No-Refund Policy

Because the Service generates a bespoke digital good utilising hard API costs, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. If a generated product fails to deliver due to a technical error, your sole remedy is to contact support for a replacement generation (Right to Cure). Forced bank chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR, ITS FOUNDERS, AND DIRECTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

8. Governing Law
